These trips are designed for the weekend warrior looking to make the most out of a quick trip to the Sierra.  We provide the camping, gear, and two days of yoga and climbing instruction.  Relaxing yoga under the mountain views, rock climbing, and star gazing awaits…all you need to do is show up ready for a great time!

Yoga & Climbing Retreat

This amazing weekend will combine the art of yoga with rock climbing-such perfectly matched activities for strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness.  This 2 day/2 night weekend includes two morning yoga sessions, two days of guided climbing instruction, two nights of camping under the stars, and all equipment.

Women’s Yoga & Climbing Retreat

A full weekend of fun, yoga, camping, and climbing with adventurous women.  Learn from our full staff of female guides who have been in the climbing world for decades with experience in sport climbing, bouldering, alpine, multi-pitch, and/or big-wall climbing.  Take a deep breath during our morning yoga sessions which will help prepare you for a full day of climbing, followed by drinks around the campfire. Should be a weekend to remember! All skill levels welcome; We split the groups into similar interest/ability levels and aim to climb around 6 hours each day!
